Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern sales made through the website lorwenmen.com, operated by MMD TLC, sole proprietor, SIRET: 994090199. Any order placed through the website constitutes the customer's full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Article 2 — Products

The products offered for sale on the website are described and presented as accurately as possible on each individual product page. Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Lorwen reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the price displayed at the time the order is placed and validated is the only price applicable to the customer.

Article 4 — Orders

An order is validated once payment has been confirmed. An order confirmation email summarizing the purchase will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

Lorwen reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an unresolved payment dispute relating to a previous order.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online at the time of purchase by credit or debit card or any other payment method offered on the website through a secure payment provider. Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

Article 6 — Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after payment has been validated. Once the order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

Delivery times provided at the time of purchase are estimates. A reasonable delay shall not entitle the customer to cancel the order or claim damages.

Shipping fees: Free, with no minimum purchase required.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 30 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay any penalty.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify Lorwen of their decision by email at contact@lorwenmen.com before the withdrawal period expires.

The product must be returned in new and unused condition, unworn and unwashed, with its original tags and, where possible, in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are covered by Lorwen. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Article 8 — Legal Guarantees

All products sold on the website are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the statutory guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

In the event of a lack of conformity or defect, the customer may contact contact@lorwenmen.com to arrange for a replacement, refund, or repair, as applicable.

Article 9 — Liability

Lorwen shall not be held liable for failure to perform its contractual obligations in cases of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strikes affecting postal services or transportation providers, or any other event beyond its reasonable control.

Article 10 — Personal Data

The personal data collected when placing an order is necessary to process the order and is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Article 11 — Mediation and Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to first contact Lorwen at contact@lorwenmen.com in order to seek an amicable resolution.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
